📋 Description

  • Support quote-to-contract processes with accurate pricing and terms.
  • Optimize deal workflows and build scalable processes.
  • Review and structure complex deals with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Lead ARR reconciliation with Finance and Sales.
  • Maintain data accuracy across systems and fix discrepancies.
  • Revise SOPs and drive scalable process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years in sales operations, finance, or legal.
  • Salesforce and Excel proficiency (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF).
  • Experience with billing/quote-to-cash tools; Salesforce CPQ/RCA preferred.
  • Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Cross-functional, multitasker in a fast-paced, accurate work environment.
  • Experience in high-growth or late-stage startups preferred.
