- Owning the process for standard and non-standard deals from initial proposal through booking.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal to manage non-standard deal structures and approvals.
- Manage the internal deal approval workflow across FP&A, Sales, and Legal.

- 6+ years in a Deal Desk, Deal Strategy, or Sales Ops in the B2B tech industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
- Understanding of pricing models, discounts, and deal structuring in B2B SaaS.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in contract terms and pricing.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), CPQ tools, and Excel or similar data tools.
