  • Owning the process for standard and non-standard deals from initial proposal through booking.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal to manage non-standard deal structures and approvals.
  • Manage the internal deal approval workflow across FP&A, Sales, and Legal.
  • Ensure deals are booked in accordance with bookings policies, in partnership with Accounting.
  • Act as the point of contact for pricing, terms, products, and contract processes for the sales team.
  • Support revenue forecasting by sharing deal trends and anticipated close dates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in a Deal Desk, Deal Strategy, or Sales Ops in the B2B tech industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
  • Understanding of pricing models, discounts, and deal structuring in B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in contract terms and pricing.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), CPQ tools, and Excel or similar data tools.
