📋 Description

• Lead pre-construction budgeting and detailed cost modeling.
• Enforce financial controls and leadership reporting.
• Develop program-wide cost forecasts for multiple projects/regions.
• Provide cost estimates and risk assessments for location strategy.
• Benchmark costs, escalation trends, and market rates across regions.
• Manage internal and external cost resources to ensure consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in cost management, construction cost planning, and analysis.
• 5+ years in data center deployment or cost management.
• Deep expertise in cost management and construction cost planning.
• Hands-on data center deployment or infrastructure project cost management.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration for cost analysis.
