Oversee high-risk projects, coordinate resources, and communicate with supervision.
Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify risks and improvements.
Read drawings and prints, including floor plans.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure to identify root causes.
Develop and document MOPs for critical maintenance. Create SOPs and EOPs to drive consistency.
Lead incident management to restore equipment quickly and maintain uptime.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or regional equivalent
Bachelor's Degree required; experience may substitute
5-7 years of experience
HVAC, HV/LV switchboards, Transformers
Chillers, BMS, Fire Alarms
Sprinkler systems, UPS, PDUs
