  • Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 DBAs; main escalation point.

🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on production PostgreSQL/MySQL experience (AWS RDS preferred).
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring a tech team.
  • Expertise in high availability, failover, load balancing, and DR design.
  • Hands-on Terraform and Ansible experience.
  • Strong Linux admin and scripting (Bash, Python).
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Ability to manage complex, high-load, mission-critical systems.
  • Experience with ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redshift, or MS SQL Server is a plus.
  • Background in fintech/trading platforms is an advantage.
