Guide personal care and front desk teams and day center operations
Oversee day center scheduling, staff schedules, attendance, and external appointments
Facilitate interdisciplinary care planning meetings for participants
Support development and performance of personal care team
Partner with Transportation & Engagement teams to coordinate services

🎯 Requirements

2+ years supervisory experience with patient-facing teams
Experience working with seniors in a relatable environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred)
