Oversee day center scheduling, staff schedules, attendance, and external appointments.
Facilitate interdisciplinary care planning meetings for participants.
Develop and coach personal care team to reach full potential.
Coordinate services with Transportation & Engagement teams.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of supervisory experience leading patient-facing teams.
In-depth experience working with seniors.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire.
Maintain CPR/First Aid certification thereafter.
