📋 Description

  • Deliver high-quality nutrition, kitchen, reception, engagement, and personal care services.
  • Manage nutrition, engagement, personal care, housekeeping, and front desk operations.
  • Plan and facilitate IDT and other participant-care meetings; document follow-ups.
  • Coordinate facilities, supplies, and equipment; oversee maintenance and vendors.
  • Oversee engagement assessments and interventions; ensure regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; 5 years experience may substitute education; Master’s preferred.
  • At least 1 year of management exp; elderly-care/home-based experience preferred.
  • 2 years supervisory exp in senior/healthcare program preferred.
  • Nursing, social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days; certification on hire preferred.
