🎯 Requirements
- 7–10 years owning complex, execution-heavy ops in scaling companies
- Experience leading back-office ops in data-intensive/regulatory env
- Experience overseeing hardware deployments, field ops, or infra
- Strong team builder with hands-on approach to scalable systems
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven performance (SQL preferred)
- Able to partner cross-functionally while owning outcomes
- Strong communicator with executives and frontline teams
- Prior people leadership experience required
