Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ML Engineer to join our team! This is a hands-on technical role where you'll build machine learning solutions from prototype to production while ensuring best practices in software engineering, scalability, and deployment.

Beyond coding, we’d love to find someone who enjoys leading projects and engaging with clients - building trust, understanding their challenges, and finding creative ML-driven solutions. If you’re someone who enjoys solving real-world problems with AI & Cloud, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Translating Business Needs – Understanding real-world problems and designing ML solutions to tackle them.

• Machine Learning & AI – Running experiments, training models, and leveraging generative AI for innovative solutions.

• Optimisation & Scalability – Ensuring performance, efficiency, and reliability of ML solutions.

• Data Engineering & MLOps – Managing data pipelines, automating ML workflows, and designing scalable architectures.

• Cloud & Deployment – Deploying ML models using Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure, ensuring they integrate smoothly into production.

• Custom Code & Engineering – Writing clean, production-ready Python code, following best CI/CD practices.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as an ML Engineer

• 5+ years of experience

• Strong Python skills for backend development

• Experience working with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure)

• Hands-on software engineering experience

• Solid understanding of SQL for data management

• Familiarity with ML deployment & web service integration (e.g., FastAPI)

Bonus Skills

• A background in consulting or experience engaging with clients

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Experience with GPUs, distributed computing

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi)

• Machine Learning certifications
