Dataiku is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II to join our Engineering team. This remote-friendly role is based in the Netherlands and focuses on delivering excellent technical support to customers using the Dataiku platform.

What you'll do

Provide technical support to customers using Dataiku’s platform, troubleshooting issues, reproducing steps, and guiding customers toward solutions.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to reproduce bugs and communicate customer needs.
Develop and share knowledge through documentation, tutorials, and best practices.
Assist customers with deployments, integrations, and data workflows to ensure successful adoption of Dataiku.
Handle high-severity incidents and perform root-cause analysis; contribute to a scalable support program.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles.
Strong Python and SQL skills; solid Linux knowledge; familiarity with REST APIs and data workflows.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
