Senior Technical Support Engineer at Dataiku
Location: Remote (United States). This is a remote role based in the United States.
Dataiku is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be the frontline technical contact for Dataiku customers, helping troubleshoot complex data science and data integration issues, guiding deployments, and driving customer success.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical assistance to Dataiku customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to data workflows, APIs, integrations, and deployments.
- Reproduce issues, propose fixes, and guide customers through remediation steps.
- Document solutions, contribute to the knowledge base, and share best practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence product improvements and customer outcomes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely response.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles.
- Strong cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with REST APIs.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; comfortable working with data workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-management.

- Experience with Dataiku or other data science platforms; knowledge of machine learning workflows.
