Senior PR & Communications Manager at Dataiku

Dataiku is seeking a Senior PR & Communications Manager to lead external communications for Dataiku's North America presence on a remote basis. You will shape messaging, drive media relations, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to tell Dataiku's stories to customers, partners, and the press.

Overview

In this senior, strategic role, you will develop and execute PR strategies, manage relationships with media and industry analysts, and support executive communications and thought leadership. This role is ideal for a storyteller with a strong track record in tech or AI/ML/software and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, distributed team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute national and regional PR strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, analysts, and influencers.
Lead media outreach, press materials, briefings, and interview coordination.
Coordinate executive communications, including speeches, bylined articles, and social media messaging.
Collaborate on product launches, thought leadership, and crisis communications.
Measure impact with metrics like media coverage, share of voice, reach, and social amplification.
Coach internal teams on messaging, brand voice, and communications readiness.
Manage PR budget and external agencies as needed.

Requirements

6+ years of Public Relations or Communications experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
Proven media relations, storytelling, writing, editing, and crisis communications skills.
Experience working in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Ability to translate complex data science concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field.
