Overview
Dataiku is seeking a Sales Engineer for the United Kingdom to join our Sales Engineering team based in London. The role focuses on helping customers understand the Dataiku platform, delivering compelling demonstrations, and guiding technical evaluations to drive successful opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations of the Dataiku platform to prospective customers.
- Partner with the UK Sales team to qualify opportunities and align technical solutions with customer needs.
- Conduct discovery sessions, draft solution architectures, and respond to technical requirements and RFPs.
- Lead pilots and proof-of-concept activities, coordinating with Product and Engineering teams as needed.
- Provide technical guidance during negotiations and help translate business requirements into architecture and workflow designs.
- Travel within the UK as required to meet with customers and partners.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales or sales engineering, preferably in enterprise software or data analytics.
- Strong understanding of data science concepts, data integration, and data workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate customer needs into practical, scalable Dataiku solutions and win technical buy-in.
- Fluency in English; UK work authorization or eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
