Overview
Dataiku is seeking an experienced executive to serve as the RVP, Americas - East. This remote-friendly role will lead sales across the East region in the Americas, owning the regional go-to-market strategy, revenue targets, and the development of a high-performing sales organization. You will manage a distributed team, build strategic relationships with enterprise customers, and partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to accelerate growth. Travel will be required as needed to meet objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the regional sales strategy and revenue targets for the East Americas.
- Build, lead, and empower a high-performing sales team; recruit, coach, and develop Account Executives.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
- Develop strategic relationships with key enterprise customers and technology partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to drive demand and adoption.
- Represent Dataiku at industry events and with executive-level customers.
- Travel as required to achieve objectives and establish a strong regional presence.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, preferably with AI/ML or data science platforms.
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar annual targets and building scalable sales organizations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-growing, remote-enabled environment and manage distributed teams.
