About Dataiku

Dataiku is a leading platform empowering data teams to build, deploy, and scale AI solutions. We are seeking a Principal Business Partner, GTM Enablement for the Americas to join our Strategy & Operations team to accelerate go-to-market initiatives across the region.

Role Overview

The Principal Business Partner, GTM Enablement will design and execute enablement programs for sales, marketing, and customer success that accelerate revenue growth in the Americas. You will partner with Sales Ops and cross-functional leaders to build scalable capabilities, materials, and processes that enable high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to design and implement enablement programs for the Americas go-to-market
  • Develop training materials, onboarding content, playbooks, and certification processes for regional sales teams
  • Partner with Sales Ops to optimize CRM processes, data quality, and pipeline hygiene
  • Define and monitor success metrics, analyze outcomes, and iterate programs based on data
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners on GTM initiatives and regional priorities
  • Advise leadership and regional leadership teams on best practices for enablement and revenue growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or GTM roles, with focus on the Americas
  • Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LMS, and enablement tools
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable programs
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Location and Compensation
