Job Description
Dataiku is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand relationships with strategic customers in South Korea. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, and partner with cross-functional teams to demonstrate the value of Dataiku’s data science platform for large, data-driven organizations.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process for enterprise accounts in South Korea, from initial discovery to contract renewal.
- Identify, qualify, and close multi-year deals with C-level sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Partnerships to tailor demonstrations and achieve customer outcomes.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, forecast accurately, and meet or exceed quota.
- Maintain and grow pipeline in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and provide accurate revenue projections.
- Represent Dataiku in industry events, meetings, and executive briefings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in AI/analytics or data science platforms.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas with large, complex deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Korean and English.
- Ability to travel as needed and operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise buying processes and stakeholder management.
