Vice President, Technical Solutions Operations

Overview

Datadog is seeking a Vice President, Technical Solutions Operations to lead and scale the Technical Solutions organization across North America. You will own strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution, aligning engineering, professional services, and customer success to deliver value for customers. This executive role requires building a high-performing team, defining OKRs, governance, and budgets, and partnering with product leadership to align the roadmap with customer outcomes. The position is based in New York or San Francisco with a strong emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and driving results in a fast-growing tech company.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic plan for Technical Solutions Operations in North America.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team across engineering, professional services, and customer success.
• Establish metrics, governance, budgets, and processes to scale delivery and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with product leadership to align roadmaps with customer needs and market trends.
• Represent the function in executive leadership discussions and drive operational excellence in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in executive leadership within a tech company; experience in technical solutions or professional services is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and people management skills.
• Ability to define and measure success using OKRs and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
