Job Overview

Talent Planning Manager – NYC is a full‑time role based in New York City that leads talent planning, workforce forecasting, headcount planning, and provides strategic workforce insights to leadership. This position partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to enable effective people strategies in North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent planning processes including headcount forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modeling
• Develop and maintain workforce analytics dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business partners to align talent strategy with business goals
• Drive data‑driven decision making for recruitment, retention, and succession planning
• Advise senior leadership on staffing implications of business plans

Qualifications

• Experience in talent planning, workforce planning, or people analytics (5+ years preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred

Salary

USD 135,000 - 200,000 per year
