Overview

Datadog is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to lead sales in the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg) from Amsterdam. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build strategic relationships with senior IT and business leaders, and drive revenue growth for Datadog's cloud monitoring and observability platform.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new enterprise accounts in Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg)
  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification to closure
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT operations leaders, and SRE teams
  • Develop account strategies, forecast and manage pipeline in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Present Datadog's product value, deliver technical demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and negotiate terms
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Travel within Benelux as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales within Benelux with a proven track record of quota attainment
  • Strong knowledge of cloud monitoring, observability, APM, logs, and metrics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with partners and customers
  • Fluency in English; Dutch preferred; French a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required
