About the Role

Datadog is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue across the APAC region from Jakarta and beyond. You will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, build long-term relationships with executives, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and value realization of Datadog's cloud monitoring platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key Datadog customers in APAC.
  • Build relationships with CIOs/CTOs/VPs of IT, SREs, and business leaders.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Product teams to tailor Datadog’s platform to customer needs.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive renewal and upsell opportunities to maximize ARR.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain a healthy pipeline in the APAC region.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise software or cloud monitoring sales experience, preferably in APAC.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex deals with multi-stakeholder buyers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence at executive levels.
  • Deep understanding of cloud monitoring, SaaS data platforms, and related technologies.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in local languages a plus; willingness to travel within APAC as needed.
