Role overview
Datadog is looking for a Sourcer for Commercial Sales to help grow our North American sales organization by identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent for our commercial teams.
What you'll do
- Partner with Recruiting and Sales teams to understand current and future hiring needs for commercial roles
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other tools to identify qualified candidates
- Screen and engage candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Provide a positive candidate experience and collaborate with hiring managers across Boston and New York offices
- Maintain accurate applicant data in our ATS and report on sourcing metrics

Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or sourcing, ideally for Sales or Commercial roles
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search and social platforms
- Experience with ATS systems and candidate relationship management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Salary and location
Salary range: USD 90,000 - 130,000 per year. Location: Boston, MA and New York, NY (onsite).
