Overview

Datadog is seeking a Sourcer, Business Recruiting to join our talent acquisition team in Tokyo, Japan. You will build and maintain candidate pipelines for business and cross-functional roles, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to scale Datadog’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify top candidates for business and cross-functional roles.
• Build and maintain talent communities; engage passive candidates through social networks, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, craft compelling outreach, and manage candidate experience from initial contact to interview scheduling.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and report on pipeline metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding and inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably with business or non-technical roles.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment in Tokyo, Japan.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
