Overview
Datadog is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to drive Datadog's Cloud Alliances in France and the broader EMEA region. This full-time, on-site role based in Paris focuses on building strategic partnerships with cloud providers and system integrators to accelerate joint customer success and revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage a portfolio of cloud alliance partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) in France/EMEA.
- Define and execute partner GTM plans, co-sell motions, and joint marketing initiatives to generate pipeline and revenue.
- Recruit, onboard, enable, and enable partners; create and deliver partner enablement resources and trainings.
- Collaborate with Datadog sales, solutions engineering, product, and marketing teams to maximize partner-driven opportunities.
- Forecast and report on partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; manage partner relationships and budgets.
- Represent Datadog at partner events, conferences, and webinars; maintain strong executive-level relationships.
Requirements
- 6+ years of partner management, alliances, or channel sales in the tech/SaaS industry.
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud partner ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships and co-sell programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus; based in Paris, France.
