📋 Description

  • Lead and grow India's partner ecosystem (SI/MSP/VAR).
  • Identify and recruit new Datadog Partner Network members to drive revenue.
  • Accelerate partner revenue via enablement and GTM activities.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, product, and legal to grow partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years leading and coaching sales and partner personnel
  • 10+ years in business development, alliances, or channel sales in SaaS/cloud
  • Proven ability to recruit and build partnerships with multinational organizations
  • Able to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including senior leadership presentations
