Senior Group Manager, Product Marketing (Infrastructure)

Overview

Datadog is seeking a Senior Group Manager, Product Marketing (Infrastructure) to lead the go-to-market for our infrastructure products. In this leadership role, you will build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, shape product messaging and positioning, define multi-channel GTM plans, and partner with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen to accelerate adoption of Datadog's infrastructure solutions. You will translate customer needs into compelling value propositions, perform market and competitive analysis, and drive successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product marketing managers and specialists.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for infrastructure products.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and pricing/storytelling.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Solutions Architects, and Demand Gen to create campaigns and enablement materials.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis; create buyer personas.
• Create content such as web pages, white papers, case studies; drive enablement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing leadership, preferably in infrastructure, cloud, or SaaS with proven people leadership.
• Strong storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills; data-driven GTM expertise.
• Experience partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus.
