Job Overview
Datadog is seeking a Senior Enterprise IT Support Technician for Korea to join our Enterprise Technology IT Support team. In this role you will provide high-quality, hands-on IT support to Datadog employees in Korea and across APAC, ensuring end-user devices, software, and access work smoothly in a fast-moving, hyper-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for enterprise users in Korea, including Windows and macOS devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account issues; coordinate with regional/global IT teams as needed.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, asset inventory, software licensing, and account provisioning in Active Directory and Office 365.
- Administer VPN access, SSO, MDM, endpoint protection, and security tooling; follow IT security policies and playbooks.
- Document issues and solutions in the knowledge base; maintain accurate asset and ticket records; meet service level targets.
- Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams on IT projects and policy implementations.
- Support IT projects, migrations, and improvements within APAC and globally.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, VPNs, and endpoint management (MDM).
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and align with APAC time zones.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bonus: familiarity with cloud apps, SSO, scripting; bilingual in English and Korean is a plus.
