📋 Description

  • Lead a dispersed Field Marketing team to enable GTM and develop skills.
  • Understand Datadog offerings and APJ market to tailor APJ plans.
  • Partner with regional sales to plan quarterly field programs with KPIs.
  • Oversee end-to-end programs, budgets, and leadership reporting.
  • Drive demand with regional teams, partners, and channels.
  • Plan and execute major events (DASH, Datadog Summit, Datadog Live) and partner events.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in field and marketing experience in B2B SaaS for enterprises.
  • Growth mindset leading multi-touch, multi-channel GTM strategy.
  • Deep APJ market experience: Japan, Korea, ASEAN, India, ANZ.
  • Data-driven; able to collect, analyze, and share data for pipeline planning.
  • CRM (Salesforce), Google Suite, project management and sales enablement workflows.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
