SaaS Administrator 2 - Enterprise IT Operations

Overview

Datadog is seeking a Mid-level SaaS Administrator 2 to join the Enterprise IT Operations team in New York, NY. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our SaaS environments, provisioning and access control, and ensuring security and reliability across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SaaS applications used by Enterprise Technology teams.
• Provision user accounts and manage access control, SSO and SCIM configurations.
• Monitor service health, optimize performance and costs, and participate in incident response.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Security, and IT teams to meet governance and security requirements.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS administration or IT operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, cloud environments, and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (SSO/SCIM) and security best practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $110,000 – $150,000 per year. Competitive benefits package.
