📋 Description

  • Partner with Sales to articulate Datadog value and strategy to customers.
  • Manage a team of leaders and contributors for pre-sale customer success.
  • Assist recruiting to hire top regional talent; mentor new hires.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3+ years leading Sales Engineering or mentoring; 3+ years in client-facing SE roles.
  • Coachable with a strong desire to grow and adapt to change.
  • Proven ability to grow and develop a team.
  • Experienced in recruiting both individual contributors and frontline leaders.
  • Knowledgeable in current infrastructure and monitoring solutions and technologies.
  • Strong written and oral communication; able to articulate business value and technical advantages and coach others.
