Regional Manager, Enterprise Sales Engineering (MEA)

Overview

Datadog is seeking a Regional Manager, Enterprise Sales Engineering (MEA) to lead and scale the Enterprise Sales Engineering function across the MEA region. You will partner with sales leadership to drive technical strategy and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional Sales Engineering team across MEA
• Collaborate with field sales, product, and engineering to design and position Datadog solutions for enterprise customers
• Craft and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and architecture reviews for strategic accounts
• Develop regional plans, quotas, and cross-functional initiatives to accelerate revenue growth
• Represent Datadog at customer briefings, events, and partner engagements

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales engineering or solutions engineering, with leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex enterprise deals
• Strong knowledge of cloud monitoring, observability, Datadog products, and related technologies
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel within MEA as needed
