Role Overview

As a Recruiter II, Tech Leadership Recruiting, you will partner with engineering leadership across Europe to attract and hire senior technical leaders and engineers. This role is based to support our Dublin, Madrid, and Paris locations (with potential hybrid options) and focuses on building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for leadership and senior-level tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with tech leadership to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior engineering roles across the EMEA region
• Proactively source top engineering talent through direct search, networking, and internal referrals
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and cross-functional teams to move candidates through interview processes
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and maintain accurate data in the ATS
• Promote Datadog’s employer brand in the market

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tech recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing tech companies
• Strong network in the European engineering community across multiple markets
• Proven track record of hiring for senior/leadership technical roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across time zones and manage competing priorities
