Overview
Datadog is seeking a Recruiter I, Business Recruiting to join our EMEA team in Dublin, Ireland. This full-time role focuses on building strong partnerships with engineering and business teams to attract top talent for Datadog's expanding EMEA footprint.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering, sales, and other stakeholders across the EMEA region to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles in the EMEA region, with a focus on business recruiting.
- Source candidates through referrals, social media, events, and active search; screen and assess candidates for fit with Datadog's values and requirements.
- Coordinate interview processes with stakeholders, provide timely feedback, and extend offers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and progress in the applicant tracking system; contribute to a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles; partner with TA team to improve processes and employer branding across the region.
- Support relocation and visa considerations as needed and align with Datadog's global mobility programs.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of recruiting or related experience; bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and modern sourcing tools; strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
