Overview

Datadog is seeking a Recruiter, Enterprise Sales to join our team in Boston, MA. This full-time role partners with sales leadership to build and execute recruiting strategies for our enterprise sales organization across North America, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements for enterprise sales roles
  • Source, screen, interview, and close senior enterprise sales candidates
  • Coordinate the interview process and provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders
  • Drive proactive talent pipelines and contribute to employer branding initiatives
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliant recruitment processes

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise sales
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience with ATS, recruitment metrics, and process improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
