📋 Description

• Serve as the Product Expert on Datadog Synthetics Product.
• Guide architecture choices, data collection, and best practices at scale for enterprise customers.
• Provide high-quality feedback to Product Management from field experience with Support, Partners, and Customers.
• Capture repeat customer use cases and publish Reference Architectures and Implementation Guides.
• Build world-class training material, solution briefs, blogs, and documentation for the field teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Community, Documentation, and Evangelism to ensure Synthetics' success.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with synthetics products.
• Proficient with JSON, YAML, Terraform, and CI/CD workflows.
• Comfortable with bleeding-edge technology and a self-starter mindset.
• Excellent listening and consultative skills across internal/external audiences.
• Deep knowledge of frontend and backend performance measurement and synthetic testing.
• Observability domain awareness and customer needs understanding.
