About Datadog and the Role
Datadog is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Security Case Management in New York. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and ship products that help security teams manage incidents, investigations, and case workflows efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for Security Case Management
- Partner with Security, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success to translate security workflows into product requirements
- Gather customer and partner feedback, perform market research, and build business cases
- Prioritize backlog, write user stories, and define success metrics
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver features that improve incident response, case tracking, access controls, and data protection capabilities
- Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence
- Communicate progress and impact to executives and cross-functional partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in security, risk, or privacy
- Experience with security incident response, case management, SOC workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels
- Data-driven with experience defining metrics and success criteria
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or master's preferred
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with security telemetry, API-driven product ecosystems, and governance/risk/compliance (GRC)
- Experience with cloud observability platforms (DataDog or similar) is a plus
