Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. In this role you will collaborate with Datadog's partner ecosystem (ISVs, MSPs, system integrators) to design, architect, and enable joint solutions that demonstrate the value of Datadog's observability platform. You will drive revenue and customer success through co-sell activities, technical enablement, and scalable reference architectures.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner relationships with ISVs, MSPs, and system integrators in the APAC region.
• Design and validate end-to-end solution architectures leveraging Datadog.
• Provide technical enablement, trainings, and best practices to partner teams.
• Develop reference architectures and reusable patterns for joint customer engagements.
• Support sales in complex deals and participate in joint marketing and GTM campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive partner-led initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or partner management.
• Strong cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with monitoring/observability or SaaS platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to travel as needed; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
