Datadog is seeking a contract Marketing Recruiter to support its marketing organization in North America, based in New York or remotely within the region. In this role, you will partner with Marketing leaders to understand hiring needs, build pipelines, source and screen candidates, manage the interview process, and help close offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing teams to scope roles and define hiring strategies.
• Source, recruit, screen, and assess candidates for marketing positions across the North America region.
• Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience and maintain accurate ATS data.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates in a timely manner for contract roles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in marketing or fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience recruiting for contract roles and managing multiple openings simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and modern recruiting techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruiting approaches.
