Datadog is seeking a Manager of Networking and Audio Visual to lead networking and AV initiatives across its offices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York and reports into Enterprise Technology.

Overview

Lead the Networking and Audio Visual (AV) teams to design, implement, and maintain robust networking and AV infrastructure that supports Datadog's office operations, collaboration tools, and events. Drive strategic initiatives, vendor relationships, and cost management while ensuring security and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Networking and Audio Visual team, setting priorities and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Design, implement, and maintain network and AV infrastructure across Datadog offices and facilities.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets related to networking and AV systems.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, security, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant services.
• Drive continuous improvement, incident response planning, and disaster recovery for networking and AV services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in networking and audio visual systems, with a track record of people management.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP) are a plus.
• Experience coordinating across multiple offices and vendors.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 140,000 - 180,000 per year
