  • Collaborate with core platform teams to tailor storage, infra, and data pipelines
  • Create a strong team culture aligned with engineering standards and customer focus
  • Participate in hands-on work: code reviews, design reviews, and some coding

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience leading software teams as tech lead or people manager
  • Strong backend, data engineering, and infrastructure experience; hands-on leader
  • Excellent leadership with strong interpersonal skills to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Interest in fast-paced, early-stage project with many challenges
  • Build partnerships with engineering, product, and science; coordinate stakeholders
  • Track record delivering high-quality software on schedule in fast-paced environments
