- Excellent leadership with strong interpersonal skills to build and lead high-performing teams
- Interest in fast-paced, early-stage project with many challenges
- Build partnerships with engineering, product, and science; coordinate stakeholders
- Track record delivering high-quality software on schedule in fast-paced environments
