  • Partner with Sales to articulate Datadog value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
  • Manage a team of individual contributors, expanding usage of Datadog in customer accounts.
  • Manage resource allocation to maximize productivity and engagement.
  • Assist recruiting to hire top talent; mentor new hires during onboarding.
  • Ensure the team is enabled to support all Datadog solutions with key technical and soft skills.
  • Develop close working relationships with Product, Support, and Enablement to align pre/post sales.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in SE team lead/mentorship and 3+ years in SE or client-facing roles.
  • Coachable with a strong desire to grow and adapt to change.
  • Proven ability to grow and develop a team.
  • Experience recruiting ICs and frontline leaders.
  • Knowledge of current infrastructure and monitoring solutions.
  • Skilled at building/executing customer evaluation plans and mentoring others.
