Datadog is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to support the company's communications with investors, analysts, and the broader financial community. This role is based in New York, NY and reports to senior leadership on the company’s financial story.

Role

As the Investor Relations Manager, you will partner with senior leadership to communicate Datadog's financial performance and strategy, coordinate quarterly earnings materials, manage investor inquiries, and help shape corporate messaging for external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy in alignment with company priorities
• Prepare and coordinate quarterly earnings materials, Q&As, and earnings calls
• Manage inquiries from investors and analysts, providing timely, accurate information
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications to ensure compliant and consistent messaging
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform stakeholder communications
• Support the preparation of annual reports, investor materials, and company disclosures
• Support IR events and roadshows as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investor relations, corporate finance, or related communications role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information for a broad audience
• Experience with SEC reporting and financial modeling is a plus
• Proactive, collaborative leader with stakeholder management abilities
