🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years managing an enterprise intranet/knowledge-management system, with Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; explain tech to non-technical audiences; lead workshops.
- Slack administration experience (group management, auditing, monitoring).
- Strong writing and editorial/content-quality skills.
- Comfortable using data/analytics to drive decisions.
- Scripting or software development experience is preferred.
