Datadog is seeking an Enterprise Security Sales Specialist to drive security solutions for large enterprise customers in North America. This fully remote role focuses on strategic security deals, working with security leaders to understand their challenges, and articulating the value of Datadog's security offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored security solutions and ensure customer success.

What you’ll do

  • Build executive-level relationships with security and IT leaders at Enterprise accounts in North America
  • Drive the full sales cycle from discovery to close, including forecasting and pipeline management
  • Position Datadog security offerings and demonstrate value in cloud security, monitoring, and threat detection contexts
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and deliver quarterly business reviews

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise security software sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and cloud security
  • Experience selling to security leaders and risk/privacy teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote-first environment

About compensation

Base salary range: USD 135,000 - 150,000 per year, with additional performance-based incentives.
