Role overview
Datadog is seeking an Enterprise Security Sales Specialist to drive revenue for our security solutions across North America. This remote, full-time role targets large enterprise customers and security teams, partnering with security, IT, and procurement stakeholders to articulate value and close deals. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to map customer needs to Datadog's security offerings and help customers strengthen their cloud security posture through monitoring and threat detection.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies for enterprise customers across North America.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Datadog's security products.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft tailored security value propositions for complex enterprise deployments.
- Own deal strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting; negotiate contracts with procurement and security stakeholders.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Datadog security offerings and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise security sales or security technology sales.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, SIEM, threat detection, monitoring, and security operations workflows.
- Proven ability to build relationships with CIO/CSO/VP Security and other security leadership within large organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel as needed and operate effectively in a remote environment.
