About Datadog

Datadog is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Engineer who can speak Bahasa Indonesia to join our APAC team in Singapore. This is a full-time, on-site role that combines deep technical knowledge with strategic sales expertise to drive adoption of Datadog's observability platform across large enterprise customers in the region.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Sales Engineer (Bahasa Indonesia speaking) will partner with the sales organization to articulate the value of Datadog’s cloud observability platform to key customers in Bahasa Indonesia. You will lead technical conversations, deliver compelling demonstrations, and help shape technical solutions that address customer needs while enabling successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to identify and pursue enterprise opportunities in APAC, with a focus on Bahasa Indonesia-speaking customers.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical workshops in Bahasa Indonesia to executives, architects, and engineering teams.
  • Architect and present solution designs, map customer requirements to Datadog capabilities, and guide customers through the technical evaluation process.
  • Lead proofs of concept, respond to technical RFIs/RFPs, and address technical objections to accelerate deal progression.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption post-sale.
  • Represent Datadog’s value, ROI, and best practices in customer-facing engagements, tailored to the Bahasa Indonesia market.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • 3+ years of enterprise software pre-sales, solutions engineering, or equivalent technical sales experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud-native architectures, monitoring, observability, logs, metrics, APM, and Datadog’s product suite.
  • Experience selling in APAC markets; willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to articulate business value and ROI, with strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
