Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in the EMEA region from Dublin, ensuring successful adoption of Datadog’s platform.
- Develop and execute strategic success plans, onboarding, adoption programs, and renewal strategies to maximize customer value.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, monitor health metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services.
- Identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with teams to deliver outcomes, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Advocate for customers, gather feedback, and communicate insights to internal stakeholders to improve product and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer success, account management, or solutions consulting within a SaaS environment, preferably at the enterprise level.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze usage metrics and translate data into proactive actions.
- Collaborative, cross-functional teammate adept at working with Sales, Product, and Professional Services.
