Engineering Manager, 1 - Supply Chain Security at Datadog, based in New York, NY.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers focused on supply chain security and related risk programs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to define and execute the security roadmap for the software supply chain.
• Design and implement security controls across vendor risk, procurement, and software supply chain processes.
• Oversee risk assessments, threat modeling, incident response readiness, and security reviews of third-party software.
• Drive security culture, mentor engineers, and contribute to recruiting and performance management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, influence product decisions, and communicate risk to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of security engineering or software engineering leadership experience.
• Strong background in supply chain security, secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC), and vendor risk management.
• Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and security program management.
• Excellent communication and people management skills; ability to lead and mentor a distributed team.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work in New York and collaborate with teams across time zones.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: 187000 USD to 240000 USD per year. Datadog offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.
