Director, Enterprise Security Sales
Datadog is seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Security Sales to lead our security-focused enterprise program across North America. This leader will drive revenue by building and managing a high-performing team, developing strategic account plans, and partnering with Product, Security, and Customer Success teams to position Datadog's security solutions to enterprise customers, including CISOs and security leaders.
What you'll do
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise security sales team focused on security-conscious customers
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for top enterprise accounts in North America
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security organizations to tailor Datadog's security offerings
- Drive forecasting, pipeline generation, and deal closure for security-focused workloads
- Represent customer needs in product strategy and security messaging
What we're looking for
- Proven track record leading enterprise security software sales and large deals
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and executive-level communication skills
- Deep understanding of cloud security, monitoring, incident response, and compliance frameworks
- Willingness to travel within North America as needed
- Based in North America; travel as required
