Role Overview
Datadog is seeking a Director of Enterprise Security Sales to lead our enterprise security sales efforts. This on-site role is based in Boston or New York and involves building strategic relationships with security leaders and driving multi-million-dollar deals across North America.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise security sales strategy across North America
- Build and manage a high-performance enterprise security sales team
- Own the end-to-end sales process: target account planning to closing multi-million-dollar deals
- Establish relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor Datadog security solutions
- Forecast, manage pipeline, and achieve revenue targets
- Partner with marketing, channel, and field organizations to expand footprint
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise security sales or related field; 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar security deals with large enterprises
- Deep knowledge of cloud security, data protection, privacy, and compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred

Compensation
Salary range: $190,000 - $200,000 USD per year. Datadog offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
